Passionate and always on point, Graham’s culinary career spans well over two decades through multiple countries. Born and raised in NZ and classically trained in Auckland and London, working in places such as the IVY London and fine dining in Aspen USA. Setting up one of Sydney first modern tapas and underground small bars in Bondi for the 2000 olympics, partnering with Sven Almenning to set up The acclaimed Roosevelt in Potts Point it has been a roller coaster of ever-changing culinary challenges and business environments.
Stepping into the catering sphere in 2006, Etiquette Catering was soon doing important event launches and high end private weddings and event around Sydney. Graham and his dedicated team quickly garnered reputation for attention to detail and a refreshing catered experience. Graham’s classical training fused with modern techniques continues to consistently delight with elegance and style.
